About
Built for the complexities
of Nigerian land.
Our Mission
To make land-based development in Nigeria more transparent, trustworthy, and future-focused — ensuring that land, one of the most valuable assets in our society, is treated with the clarity, care, and strategic insight it deserves.
Our story
Dejam Consults was founded on a simple observation: too many Nigerians were losing land — or losing money on land — not because of fraud, but because of confusion. Documentation gaps, unanswered regulatory questions, and advisory relationships that prioritised speed over thoroughness.
We built a practice designed to do the opposite. Slow down where it matters, get the documentation right, understand the regulatory landscape deeply, and communicate everything clearly.
From individual families securing inherited land to developers navigating complex mixed-use approvals — our work is defined by outcomes that last.
Our values
Clarity over complexity
We believe no client should walk away confused. Every engagement ends with a clear path forward.
Compliance as protection
Regulatory compliance isn't a hurdle — it's the foundation that makes every land transaction defensible.
Ground-level knowledge
Our team operates across Lagos, Ogun, and Abuja. We know the people, the processes, and the pressure points.
Long-term relationships
Our best clients have been with us across multiple projects. We build for the long haul, not the single transaction.
Leadership
Design-Led Leadership.
Purpose-Driven Growth.
Fashola Jamaaldeen didn't found Dejam Consults, but he gave it a new face, a louder voice, and a future-ready vision. With a background in Actuarial Science and self-taught mastery in UI/UX design, he brings a rare blend of analytical precision and creative innovation to land development.
He rebranded the company, structured its offerings, and introduced a digital-first, client-centric approach that put Dejam on the map as a trusted land advisory partner.
His leadership style is quietly powerful — rooted in patience, deep listening, and the belief that good work should speak for itself.
"My job is to bring clarity — visually, strategically, and operationally. At Dejam, we're not just fixing land problems. We're building the future of how land is understood and valued."— Fashola J.A., CEO
