Projects that
speak for themselves.

What began as an ambitious creative vision soon ran into regulatory roadblocks, overlapping zoning restrictions, and structural challenges. Dejam Consults stepped in, not only to secure the layered approvals required for adaptive reuse, but also to manage the entire remodeling process. Through our integrated construction arm, we led the transformation of the building from shell to stage, delivering a fully compliant, purpose-built cultural space now known as the QDance Hub. Today, it stands as both an architectural statement and a thriving performance venue in Lagos' creative landscape.

Tucked within 7 hectares of lush countryside, Adake Ogun is more than a farm resort — it's a gentle call back to nature, to rhythm, to rest. Rooted in Yoruba values of care ("adákẹ́") and calm, Adake is where slow living meets sustainable design. Wake with the sun. Walk barefoot. Harvest your own food. Hear silence again. Full land documentation and development advisory delivered.
